Privacy policy

Most meetings are held in public, and many are also webcast for public viewing.  Links to webcasts are available on the Panel website. Photographs of meetings are sometimes taken and people who attend may appear in these photographs.  In addition, notes of meetings are published and may include the names or other information about people who attended.
